Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to plan a trip with this site. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Text and controls meet the WCAG AA contrast ratios in our colour system, and keyboard focus is always visible.
- The flight-search form works with a keyboard and screen readers: airport suggestions use arrow keys, Enter and Escape; errors are written next to the field and announced.
- Pages have one main heading, a skip link to the content, and work at 200% zoom and on small screens without sideways scrolling.
- Animations are minimal and respect the “reduce motion” setting.
- We check pages with automated tools when we change the design. This is not a formal audit by an external organisation.
Known limitations
- Some older guides contain wide tables that need horizontal scrolling on small screens.
- Partner sites we link to (Aviasales, AirHelp) are outside our control.
